We hope you’re happy with your Baby on Bike purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to cancel and return it.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@babyonbike.com

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a confirmation. From that moment, you’ll have 14 days to send the product back to us.

You can return the product by mail in a sturdy envelope. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Conditions for a successful return:

  • The holder, sign, and packaging must be undamaged and unused.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives safely.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.
